Birch Chalet

Other than having to fix a couple sinning room chairs because when we showed up the legs were literally falling off. Our stay was so peaceful and nice. Very beautiful scenery and spacious house. It was easy access excess for the map was confusing until the awesome host was able to clarify and made it even easier to locate the property. I would most definitely recommend this property to others.

Very nice property, but not maintained well enough to optimize the experience. Positive: Nice property. Nice location. Negative: Definitely could have been cleaner (lots of cobwebs in the ceiling. Mold on the shower liner. Dog hair on the couches). I could not find any external trash can or dumpster.

The cabin was what I expected. Clean, open and in the forest.However, the cabin was NOT located where the description said it was. The map shows the cabin located to the south of Mack's Inn off the Big Springs Loop Road. In fact, the cabin is located about six miles north of Mack's Inn off Highway 20 behind the Drift Inn fly shop.I chose this cabin primarily due to its location so I would be within walking distance of my grandchildren's cabin.The email I received with the information needed to enter the cabin included a map with the correct directions and location.Again, I stress this cabin is NOT located where your website page says it is located. This caused me considerable inconvenience.I request a refund of 1,000 due to the discrepancy in location. Please let me know if I need to fill out a form to make this request. Thank you.
