Family Cabin Unit #7

Need better service, improve basic needs will not recommend staying at this place. Positive: It was quiet. It was specious for six of us. Negative: The refrigerator was leaking from the freezer, (we had to throw some food that was soaked in water on the top shelf) we ran out of hot water after three of us showered, the sprinkler system outside soaked us while we were packing our car, couldent dodge the rotating sprinkler. There were no side tables in the bedrooms, no closet to hang our clothes. The plates, bowls were not microvavable and the cooking pots were scratched and pealing. Made it so inconvenient for us to heat food. I left a direct message to the property about all this, but haven’t heard back from anyone yet. We were there for four nights , a washer/dryer in the unit could have helped. The property didn’t meet the expectations from the reviews on booking.com

Fantastic Positive: Great location for a Yellowstone visit and other outdoor activities nearby. Excellent interior design and high quality furniture and appliances. Spacious and comfortable. The shared hottub was great. HIGHLY recommended!

Good value, good location Positive: Good location, about 20 miles from West Yellowstone entrance, easy driving, minimal traffic. There are convenience stores, Connie's Restaurant, a small grocery. Good layout, comfortable for up to 6 adults. Full-size fridge with freezer and propane grill outside. Plenty of soap, shampoo, toilet paper. 10 cabins, but peaceful and plenty of parking. Negative: Unit #7 needs some attention; 1 hair dryer was not working, dishes are not micowave compatible, no corkscrew(we left one for next guest), and the clock in living room needs new battery. King bedroom blind had no way to close blinds, rod detached. Wifi is spotty, works in the morning, but not at night. Large metal roof piece hanging off(cosmetic, but still). Checked out hot tub, but elected to not use, would be nice if maintenance schedule was posted for last chlorine treatment. We passed on using hot tub and saw no one else using either. No AC, gets a little warm in the late afternoon in July. There are 2 box fans and we opened the door. This is likely a 2 month challenge in the Summer months of July and August.

Positive: Cabins are excellent, with all proper facilities to cook , we loved our stay

Would come again. Positive: Comfortable, well supplied, lots of room. Negative: No night stands, and only overhead lights for the bedrooms. No place to hang clothes and no hangers.
