The room had a strong odor, poor maintenance-broken lights, and only a tiny trash bin with leftover Positive: easy to check in Negative: This stay was unfortunately a disappointing experience. When we first entered the room, there was a strong unpleasant odor—I couldn’t tell whether it came from the carpet or the wood. It made the space very uncomfortable. The room only had a small trash bin next to the toilet, which was very inconvenient for us. To make it worse, there was already a used tissue left in the bin when we arrived. A larger trash bin inside the room would be much more practical for guests, and if that’s not available, it should at least be mentioned in the instructions. I believe most guests wouldn’t mind taking out their own trash if needed. In addition, one of the lightbulbs in the room was not working, and the light outside the door also seemed broken, which added to the negative impression. Overall, we were too tired to request a room change, but I do think these issues should be addressed. I hope the host can provide a clear explanation for the odor and take steps to improve the room conditions for future guests.

Exceptional, tranquil, comfortable. Positive: This property was just amazing. Location is perfect as it is not far from Yellowstone and if you are looking for peace and quiet, it is surrounded with nature and forest. The cabin was very clean, comfortable and cozy. Great value for money. We enjoyed so much staying here.

Ottimo appoggio per visitare Yellowstone Positive: Ottimo appoggio per visitare Yellowstone, chalet ben finito di tutto e letti grandi e comodissimi. Bagno grande e pulito, si sta immersi nel legno come uno chalet di montagna. Si trova in un complesso con un paio di locali, anche un distributore e un groceries store. Negative: A circa 25min di auto da West Yellowstone, non è un problema se si è muniti di auto ma va messo in conto nelle partenze mattutine.

Only suggestions I would give is adding a trash can in the main room. The only one in the bath is small. Also the cable to our tv was not hooked up- took us an hour + after asking a neighbor for help.
