Single Cabin Unit #1

TV was unusable, the shower head leaked and shower is poorly designed (water all over floor). The coffee pot was broken and after 1 call and 1 text it was not replaced even after promises were made. No address on the building....very hard to confirm in the dark!

Really nice little place!

The room had no coffee cups. There is no ice machine around. The hot tub was not clean and they have a huge open trash can next to it with no lid. There are no chairs to sit in by the hot tub to dry off. There is only one small trash pail in the bathroom and that’s for the entire room. We stayed 3 nights per our reservation and never had anyone come to clean the room or distribute clean towels. There is no one to talk to about the room issues as it is all done online. I found a maid one morning cleaning another room and tried to talk to her but she didn’t speak English! No air conditioning or any type of fan in the room and the daytime temperatures were very warm. I would not recommend this place!

The outside fits in well with the mountain scenery.Stepping inside the "mini" cabin it is just like a hotel room. The room was very large and the bathroom was bigger than the typical hotel room bathroom.The unit we stayed in had 2 full size beds, a mini fridge (it is not listed in the Vrbo listing), a microwave, a coffee pot (did not use it), 4 metal bar stools, a TV, a small ceramic space heater, a box fan (did not use), 2 wall heaters (1 in the bathroom and one in the main room), and tall table.At one point I noticed one of the beds had a broken wheel on the frame (I was able to get it in place to temporarilywork). I sent a message about it and had a near immediate response that it would be taken care of before the next guests arrived.We stayed here because of the proximity to Yellowstone National Park (approx 20-25 minutes to the west entrance).The morning we checked out, as I took trash to the dumpster, one of the guests in another unit was outside cooking breakfast on a camp stove (smart idea!).Nice place! Would stay again!

Better options in the area for similar price and location. Positive: Location was right where I needed to be. Negative: No garbage can other than a tiny thing in the bathroom with instructions for us to empty it into the dumpster ourselves. You want us to do laundry and vacuum too? Unit was clean and comfortable other than the hot tub. We didn't dare touch it. Dead flies floating in murky water with a smell I couldn't figure out. Who knows when it was last cleaned and treated.
